Working principle of automatic sealing machine

The automatic sealing machine realizes the automatic sealing of packaging containers through the combination of thermodynamics, mechanical mechanics and intelligent control technology. Its working principle is to apply heat energy, pressure or electromagnetic energy to the packaging material, and form a reliable sealing structure through precise process parameter control. Taking the common plastic bag sealing as an example, when the equipment is started, the conveyor belt sends the opening part of the packaging bag between two synchronously running sealing belts, and the sealing belt clamps the bag opening into the heating zone. The heating element (such as nickel-chromium alloy heat sealing strip or electromagnetic induction coil) melts and softens the inner layer of the plastic film through heat conduction or high-frequency eddy current heating; then the pressure system (cylinder or servo motor drive) applies a continuous pressure of 0.2-0.8MPa to promote the intermolecular bonding of the molten layer. After the hot pressing is completed, the packaging bag enters the cooling zone, and is quickly cooled and shaped by a fan or water cooling system. Finally, the knurled wheel embosses the anti-counterfeiting pattern or brand logo, and the conveyor belt delivers the finished product.

For special materials or scenarios, the sealing methods are diverse: the ultrasonic sealing machine uses 20kHz high-frequency mechanical vibration to induce friction and heat in the material, completing contactless sealing within 0.1-0.5 seconds, and reducing energy consumption by 40% compared with traditional heat sealing; the electromagnetic induction sealing machine uses a 200-400kHz alternating magnetic field to cause eddy current heating in the conductive layer of the aluminum foil, which is suitable for anti-counterfeiting sealing of medicines; the pulse sealing machine uses instantaneous electrical energy to convert into thermal energy technology, and achieves rapid sealing by precisely controlling the pulse intensity and time, and there is no energy loss when not in operation.
